Chocolate is oldest processed food enjoyed from the past millennium. Chocolate came from tropical tree known as cocoa. This tree is native to South America, Mexico and Central America. Seeds of cocoa tree are fermented and dried as well as lastly grounded plus liquefied. As a consequence of these processes, unadulterated unsweetened chocolate is produced.
